Blueprint shall provide the Services to the Student subject to the conditions listed below. By booking and paying the deposit you agree on behalf of yourself and the Student to be bound by these Conditions listed herein. These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Blueprint and you/the Student and may not be varied except in writing by Blueprint. Enrollment is accepted at the discretion of Blueprint and is not transferable, unless in writing and according to the terms below.
You shall fully complete the Registration Form and at your own expenses supply Blueprint with all necessary and other information required by Blueprint in connection with the Services listed herein. Blueprint may correct any typographical or other errors or omissions in any Blueprint material relating to the provision of the Services without incurring any liability to you.

The optional trip for 2 week students varies by location and is an additional charge. Itineraries may be changed due to restrictions beyond Blueprint’s control such as holidays, strikes, traffic conditions or inclement weather, etc. Workshops, classes and private counseling are additional charges and vary by location. Tuition does not include transportation to and from the program, spending cash, insurance or medical expenses. Airport pick-up and drop-off is available through Blueprint for an additional fee. You may enroll for airport pick-up and drop-off during registration or before June 01, 2019
Reservations, Deposits and Payments
To reserve a space at any Blueprint Summer Program, you must start by completing your registration accompanied by the minimum non-refundable deposit of $500. Applicants may be placed on a waitlist pending space availability. All tuition payments are payable through our secure online registration system via credit card or secure e-check. Deposits will be credited to your tuition, and final tuition payments must be received in full by June 5th, 2019. Students registering after June 5th must pay all program tuition in full. Additionally, I agree that if I have not paid for the balance of my program costs by June 5th, 2019 that I authorize Blueprint Summer Programs to charge my credit card or e-check on file on my behalf for the remaining balance.
A per student, per program, non-refundable tuition deposit of $500 is required with each registration. Students withdrawing from the program within 1 week of their registration date will receive a refund of any tuition paid, less the non-refundable deposit of $500. If withdrawing more than 1 week after registering but before 2 weeks prior to program start date, students may receive a refund under the following terms:
- Through March 31st: a refund of any tuition paid, less a cancellation fee of 25% of the program tuition and fees and the non-refundable deposit of $500
- On or after April 1st: a refund of any tuition paid, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the program tuition and fees and the non-refundable deposit of $500
In the case that full tuition has not been paid, the cancellation fee is still owed. I agree that if I cancel my registration, but have paid less than what I owe as defined above that Blueprint may charge my credit card or e-check account for the balance due. Students shrinking from a 2 week program to a 1 week program count as program cancellations and families are responsible for the difference in tuition.
Blueprint will run the payment listed in the registration form for the balance due when the cancellation request is made. Final payments must be received by June 5th, 2019 and will be automatically applied to your account if there is a balance due. If Blueprint does not receive the balance by June 5, it will have the right to terminate this agreement on written notification to you. Students registering on or after June 5th will be required to pay the full balance due at the time of registration.
Families wishing to substitute another person in their place may only do so in writing to Blueprint and must receive Blueprint approval. A letter of withdrawal and new application must be sent to email@example.com along with an additional Student Change fee. Change fees are as follows:
- $100 change fee prior to March 1
- $250 change fee from March 1 prior to April 1
- $500 change fee from April 1 prior to June 1
- After June 1, no program changes are permitted.
If Blueprint cannot accept a substitute person, the original person must abide by the published refund policy. If approved, original applicant’s fees will be transferred to substitute. All substitute person letters must be received 45 days prior to the program start date.
Course Enrollment and Class Cancellation
Courses, which meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday unless otherwise noted, are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who register by May 1st are most likely to get their first-choice classes. If a class does not enroll, is under-enrolled, is full, or must be cancelled for any other reason, students will be notified a week prior to the program start date to choose a different course. Any requests to change courses after May 1st will incur a $100 course change fee and may be subject to a lab fee. Refunds will not be offered for classes that do not enroll.
Individuals may withdraw from the program at any time, but must do so in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Telephone, fax or third party cancellations will not be accepted. All cancellations are subject to the Refund Policy above. Written notification must be made within 72 hours of the event that causes cancellation. Families who register for a Blueprint program, but decide to withdraw their student within 72 hours of the initial registration will be given a full refund.
Payments must be completed by June 5th. All tuition payments are payable through our secure online registration system via credit card or secure e-check. Deposits will be credited to your tuition, and payments must be received in full by June 5th. Any balances remaining after June 5th will be automatically deducted from the registered credit card on file. A late fee of $50.00 will be added to all payments after June 5th. A late fee will not be added to students registering after June 5th. Students registering after June 5th must pay all program tuition in full. A $35.00 fee will be added to any returned charges or checks. You may pay in full prior to June 5th with no penalty.
Families electing to pay the $500 deposit only at the time of registration and break up the remainder of the tuition into a payment plan, will be charged a portion of the balance on the 5th of every month up until June 5th. Families can also log into their account at any point prior to June 5th to make additional payments.
All Blueprint programs begin on a Sunday and end on a Saturday. Please review your welcome pack in the Spring for exact arrival times and locations for your campus. Most campus check-ins happen between 2-4 p.m. with check-outs in the morning.
Blueprint does not arrange flights for students, but can be available to escort your student to and/or from campus. If you want a Blueprint staff member to meet your student at the airport (rather than arranging for your own taxi or Uber) the Blueprint Airport Shuttle Service should be added to your account, in the registration system. Student pick-ups and drop-offs are $99 each way. For pick-up and drop-off you agree to book at the airport and during the times listed in your Welcome Packet.
Blueprint takes photographs and video of program activities, some of which may be used on our website, Facebook page and other promotional marketing pieces. Your child may appear in one or more of these photographs or videos. By registering, you agree to allow Blueprint Summer Programs to use them.
Review of Policies
Blueprint families have the right to review our policies regarding background checks for employees. You can request to look at other company policies and procedures as well. Please make all requests to Blueprint Human Resources at email@example.com.
Blueprint does not suggest this program for those who would have difficulty walking, climbing stairs, or otherwise requiring special assistance. In some instances, and depending on location, accommodations can be met, per ADA requirements. Please contact the Blueprint office to find out about programs and options for special needs.
Student Health information is managed in partnership with CampDoc.com. By registering for a Blueprint program you agree to complete your student’s health profile in-full and on-time as specified by the system. This includes, but is not limited to: A full health history of your student signed by his/her physician, complete and up-to-date immunization records, and proof of health insurance. Failure to complete student health forms, aka 100% completeness of your CampDoc profile, by June 1st will result in student removal from the program without refund.
Liability, Travel and Medical Forms
All students are required to have Liability, Travel, Program Rules and Medical consent forms filled out by a parent or legal guardian. By registering for a Blueprint Program you agree to sign all necessary forms required by Blueprint Summer Programs. All forms will be located in the CampDocs system. If there are any questions regarding the forms please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not sign the required forms, your student will not be able to attend the program. No refund will be given for cancellation due to incomplete student forms.
All students are required to have health insurance. Health insurance policy information must be provided with the student’s Medical History and Physical Examination Forms that are submitted in CampDoc.com. It is also highly recommended that students carry a copy of their insurance card in the event that emergency medical care is needed. Costs associated with all medical services are the sole responsibility of the student’s family, including services rendered by providers outside the student’s health insurance policy.
We shall not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform any obligation (including to action any alteration or cancellation) due to any case beyond our reasonable control including lock-outs, strikes, shortages of personnel, labour disputes, war, riot, act of God, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, threats to safety, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, environmental contamination, pandemic outbreak of disease, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, difficulty or increased expense in obtaining workmen, materials, goods or raw materials in connection with the performance of this agreement. No refund will be made, except at Blueprint’s discretion.
If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
